Typical Jamaican lottery type scam. After the lady told me I won a certified check from PCH, I asked her if she enjoyed scamming people and that she should be ashamed of herself. she hung up on me without a further word.

Called saying that I would be receiving a certified check from Public Clearing House. The man asked if I were going to be home all day today to receive the certified check or would I be at work or on the road. I said no. He asked for clarification. I said no I will not be anywhere today and I will be home today. Then to my surprise, the man said well f*ck you to then. He hung up. His accent definitely did not sound American and almost seemed forced. There were background noises like that of being in a crowded office or mall (inaudible talking and soft banging noises). The Caller ID said Shared Exch JM. Just like that.
