Claimed to be "Mr. John F. Kennedy from Publisher's Clearing House" Told me "it's about a 2.5 million dollar prize" When I said "Send me something in the mail about that " he hung up. His voice was almost unintelligible and unsuited to phone work. He sounded American. He spoke slowly but the connection was so poor that much of what he said was not clearly transmitted the first few times he said it. There was a lot of background noise and chatter as if there were many other people talking near his phone. It's probably a scam..
