1st called showed "unknown caller" for ID. Guy says he's from Pub. Clearing House & that I need to send them 1% tax on 3.5 mil. prize. I called back after the 1st time I hung up on him. Then I called him back to say I'm turning him in. His caller ID then showed J M Kingston.
