claimed to be a representative of publishers clearing house. Phishing scammers from Jamaica. They are charging your phone for an international phone call and trying to steal your information and your voice. They will ask you questions to get the response from you they need to record and then chop it up to answer questions when applying for credit, loans, etc and it will sound like your voice so when you try to fight it, it is virtually impossible for anyone to believe it isn't you. PCB does not call you to tell you that you won something. They don't ask for information. They are scammers.
