i got a call from James Peterson' He said I won 5 million dollars coming to me today February 8, 2022. His badge number is 772JP and his attorney is Mary London. I played along until he asked me to go to the Dollar General Store to get a gift card for me he said it was to add the $7000 when they got here with my prize winnings. I realize it was a scam so I hung up on him.

8/27/2021 got that call too. "publisher's clearing house" I won 9.5 million$ and E-class Mercedes. (Problem is, I never entered the sweepstakes.) Then need to get a $350 gift card for the delivery of the car. I managed to his ph# so I could call him back when I got the card 352-268-6139 HE CALLED IN ON PH# 876-394-7501. Called him back and told him to bring the news services and the van-roses-check-the car and on TV I will authorize you to take that $350 out of the 9.5 million BUT I AM NOT PAYING YOU ANYTHING. There was a click on the other end. ROTFLMAO. I called the Sherriff's office-State Attorney General-and my local news channels.

So I got the same call from James Patterson and his "badge" number 7070. We told me that I won 9.8 million dollars and a E class color of my choice. He said that they would contact me when they got to FL. I finally got back in touch with him and he was upset saying I was not taking this serious and I was recording him. I played along trying to convince him that I was serious and I just wanted to know what my next step was. He told me that I needed to go and get 2 gift cards 1 for $500 and the other for $350. I asked what $850 and he said to cover the tax. I asked on 9.8 million would't the tax be more like 3.2 million? he then said it was for the delivery fee of the E class. I tried to call him back to let him know that I got the gift cards but he never picked up and now wont call me back.

I received a call on 12-21-2018, said he was with Publishers Clearing House, said I had won millions, a new car/truck, etc. I played along with him, pretending to be excited about winning, etc., until he got to the point about me needing to send a money order to some XXXXX in WI. I asked for the Zip Code, since WI is the state abbreviation for Wisconsin, and Jamaica is WI as well (West Indies), and he told me there was no Zip Code. I argued back that every place in Wisconsin has a Zip Code, pretending I believed he was in Wisconsin, not in the West Indies. This went on for almost thirty minutes, as he waited for me to find a pencil to write down the important info he was giving me to send payment. Finally, he became so frustrated, and possibly realized he had been played, that he hung up on me. Good riddance!
