This is the second call from this man, that I know of, which was answered by my husband this time. I was not available, but caller requested I return his call because he had a delivery for me. I called back but robo operator said that the number was not able to accept incoming calls. My husband said that the man was very evasive and spoke with an accept.

Caller says he represents "Federal Trading Commission" (not Federal Trade Commission) and that I can get several million dollars, plus all kinds of huge gifts if I blah, blah, blah.

Speaking with a heavy accent, who couldn't even pronounce my name, this guy is definitely a con artist and this caller will be blocked. I don't know why people who engage in this aren't arrested.
