My 82 year old mother has been receiving phone calls from a man who calls himself Dan Cooper. He has a thick accent. This man tells my mother she has won some money and needs to sign some papers to get it. The number was listed as a JM Kingston. My mother's home care nurse called to inform me of this; we also called and told the man not to call again.
