The guy picked up and said he was Michael from Publisher's clearing house and that I had won. He asked if I still lived in Chicago and then said that all I would have to do is pay the taxes on the prize and have it delivered to my house. He then said that the prize was 18 million dollars and a new car. I acted excited and said "wait seriously!? I won 18 MILLION DOLLARS?!" He hung up :( I was hoping that he would stay on the line with me, but he saw through my ruse.

Yes, person said it was publishers clearing house, I asked what is this about. Male person said 2 million dollars and a white mercedes. I said sure right, then person hung up
jamacian area code sounded like the man on the other end had an american southern accent. he was claiming to be from publishers clearing house
