Caller said they were from Publisher Clearinghouse and I had won a prize. Gave his name as Tom Freeman Badge 505HK and gave me the check number that would be provided. He said the regiional manager would be calling with further information. Tom called again and said his manager was busy and asked that he collect the information that would be needed to fill out the check and prize registration. I would also need to send a check for the taxes owed on the prize. This is a scam since PCH does not notify winners by phone or require prepayment of fees.
