This number just called my landline and the man told me he was from Publisher's Clearing House and that I had won a lot of money. I knew it was a scam from the start. After I had hung up I googled the number. It's out of Jamaica. Other sights have this number reported as scams for several different things but my report was the 1st to report it for PCH.
