I received call today from this also. Says his name was James Goodman and is General Manager for Mega Millions in CA. Won Pub Clearing House via CA Mega Millions and would be receiving a call from Bank of America to set up my payments. I played along to a degree. Caller ID gave this number as a JM Kingston (876) 540-2955. Guess they think we are all pretty dumb in the states.
