Received a call claiming to be from " Publishers Clearing House " congratulating me on winning $ 3.5 Million + a 2023 Ford Escape. I was told my winning ticket #, and ALL I had to do was send a certified cashier's check by registered mail
(to a " JOSEPH MARTIN / 70 PARKSIDE DR. - APT.2 / LAKE PLACID, NY 12946 "), and notify a Dave Sayers with the certified mail ID #. After this was done and the $$$ were on the way, PCH would release my prizes.
