Publishers Clearing House Lottery Scam. Caller ID says it is from St James, Cornwall County, Jamaica.Fist off, the guy didnt sound Jamacain. He starts by saying that he is from Publishrs Clearing House and I won 2.2 miliion and a cherry red something car. I said what did they want for it. He said 1 percent of my winnings and some of my time. I told him no thanks and hung up. hye then proceeds to dial my husband whos cell number is one digit off of mine. SCAMMERS!!
