Caller claimed to be a representative from Publishers Clearinghouse and said I won a prize and could purchase the prize package claim ticket for $899 by paying the UPS guy who I needed to meet at CVS Pharmacy. I asked the caller for his name and he told me it was James Washington. I told the caller I would call the Consumer Protection Agency and State Attorney then I hung up. He then called me back three times asking me why I hung up on him. My phone record shows the calls came from Jamaica.
