Called to tell my parents they won PCH. We called their bluff and I told them off. I told them this is a scam I tried calling the # back and it said it was restricted. He had thick accent too i said it sounded like a Jamaican accent. I told him I tried to call him back twice and it said the # was restricted and it hung me up. Anyway I got into it on the phone about him trying to scam my parents when he called me back. He called 2 x and hung up, third time he called he was leaving a VM and I picked phone up and told him to NEVER call this number again and I had him on recording. He hung up on me and NEVER called back. I called PCH fraud # and they said they r turning this over to the Federal Trade Commission. I despise scammers especially when they think they r so smart when they r really sooooo stupid. LOL
