Got their first call today 03/08/2017. Did not answer the call. They did not leave voice mail.
These are pathetic, ignorant people who have nothing to do and no hope of ever having a respectable job. If they want to scam successfully, they should consider taking lessons from those who know how. A real charity will not ever be rude. A real charity identifies itself by the name of the person calling and the name of the charity. A real charity does not hang up on you. A real charity does not call numerous times in one day. A real charity does not use recordings, which are often ridiculous. A real charity uses more intelligent and well-spoken callers. A real charity has a number that has a real person answering the phone at least some of the time. This whole outfit is bogus, and everyone connected should be locked up and probably has been at least once.
Charity Navigator App lists this as one of the worst scams in the country. I was fooled once. Wont happen again.
Yes, I receive repeated calls from this number. I am on the DO NOT Call Registry. On Monday, 2 May 2016, I called the number and selected to have my phone number removed from their calling list. Last month, I talked with another representative and said I'm unemployed and can't afford to pay $20 every month. That guy said fine - let me put you through to Customer Service...so that you don't continue to get calls...and I was forwarded to another person who wanted to confirm my donation. I did donate ONE time during 2015 and have been pestered ever since. This number just called this evening...to let me know that "my contribution envelope" would be arriving shortly. Today is Wednesday, 4 May 2016...and just two days ago - supposedly my number was removed from their call list. Why are they still calling? What part of unemployed/can't afford do they not understand?
Need to speak with someone to stop the calls?

Feel free to contact Mr. Siedell, Sr. directly since the telemarketing firm he hired DOES NOT respond to requests to have numbers placed on their internal Do Not Call List - if they even respond at all.
