I have recieved 5 calls today at my place of employment from a guy name (Steven Taylor) very persistent that he speaks with me regarding an urgent matter...Called once and said he was returning my call sorry to bust his bubble we dont return personal calls on the job phone. lol... It's a debt collector but when ask who he is collecting from he wouldn't give any information on who, what,where.

Today I recieved a message on my company's answering machine from a one aka."Mark Brown" from phone number 1-877-204-5782 in regards to a formal complaint. He went on to state that he was a processor and needed to serve me legal documents at my place of employment and/or my home residence. If I have any questions I should call the above number in regards to a case number or contact the complaining party. If I was being served, then why would the complaining party like to have any other contact with me. DUH!!! This appears to be a very suspicous call because the state and county I live in does not have "processors" that serve legal documents. All legal documents are administered by the county's sheriffs office. *SCAM* *SCAM* *SCAM*

I too got a call from this Eric Oneal regarding a loan or something? He said if i didnt pay a processor server will be at my home or my job. Since then ive had to hire an attorney in which i didnt even have the money to do so. Now im in more debt!! Thanks for all the good advice, i was served papers at my home prolly 3 days after. Again thakns for all the good advice....
A man left a message that says it's very important they reach this person and it's a time sensitive matter. I am not that person
FTC has been notified -have them on tape- and its them that will be served they are illegal and take them to court and see who will have to pay-
