877-206-0215 calling saying 'do you want to reinstate your acct'. I knew that wasn't correct. I made 4 calls to Geico each time kept asking if I wanted to reinstate my acct. I then called the Policy Changes number hoping to talk to a human but only a recorded voice which in the middle of all this commotion threw my call over to another voice asking do I want to reinstate my acct again. I couldn't figure out what was going on so I went through the rig-a-ma-roll only to find out at the end of the call I was actually talking to some phone company for mobile phones. I am so over all of these mix ups. It is dangerous. Every number I phoned from Geico threw my call to this phone company. I will have to go into my phone acct and change all of that. It is terrifying putting your personal information for accts out in viral land when mess ups like this is going on. I've been with Geico for years! I made 4 calls trying to reach Geico from 8:44-8:55 p.m. trying to get a hold of the actual recording that takes care of everyone's business only for me to be thrown out to another company aka phone. Finally, at 10:49 p.m. I reached Geico's regular recording and everything was fine, it wasn't all the weird talk of accts being reinstated and mobile phone accts. All of this took place this evening March 5 2019.

877-206-0215 is GEICO insurance, very polite, customer service center, probably calling you to change rates, or confirm a change in your policy.
