Stated that they were calling from MCN. Person's name Steven Young. Asked for me or my spouse. Has called my home, cell and work numbers for over a month.

Same as above. Heavy Indian/w touch of British accent. Calling multiple times very early. Claimed to calling about debt on my credit card, but it wasn't any cc company I knew. Then asked for the last four digits of my SS#. That's when I hung up.l

they call every morning just after 8 and no response when I answer the phone, I called the number on Id and they answered press option 1 for English and an English indian accent answered when I asked why they are calling me I was disconnected

PHISHING!!!! The had my first name correct but horribly misspelled my last name when I asked who they were calling. British English / Indian accent. My bet is they are trying to get personal information and/or scam me. I told them they had the wrong number (for the person they said they were calling).
