This number has called my cell phone 4 times in less than 45 minutes. It only rings twice and then they hang up. I have not been able to reach them on the line. If you call back it gives you a recorded message stating they are exempt from the national Do Not Call List and then hangs up on you. There is no way to get them to stop calling over and over again.

Answered the call and no one answered; they hung up. I want them to be forbidden to call me
