Lockhart, Morris & Montgomery LLC. called me in November and said that if i didn't pay my debt for Suburban Truck Driving School they would have my Current Student Loan for Baker College taken away from me so i can't get my CDL Class A License. I told him that when i applied at Suburban Truck Driving School that Michigan Works was suppose to pay for it and the Secretary from Suburban Truck Driving School came to me after i was 50% done with the class and said Michigan wasn't paying for it and wanted to know when i was going to start paying for it. I also told him Suburban Truck Driving School know i was Unemployed and know that Michigan Works was the only way for me to go through their class. The person at Lockhart, Morris & Montgomery LLC. got very irrate with me and said that i will not get my Federal Income Tax Return and all my accounts will be frozen and said it is a student loan from the Government. I told him that if it was a student loan then i would have gotten paperwork from the FASFA stating i have a student load through Suburban Truck Driving School. He asked me if i was calling him on this and i said YES i am calling you on it. He satrted yelling at me again and so i took the phone away from my ear and put my mouth up to the phone and said, "F*** YOU A**HOLE" and hung up the phone. On 12/17/2010 i got a message on my answering machine, it says, "This message is for Timothy Lange, my name is Drew Smith, i'm calling regarding a claim due to filing at the County Clerks Office. I need you or your Attorny to contact me immediatly. I can be reached at 877-214-3355 Ext. 108 regarding a claim 496703." First off this guy has to file it at MY County Clerk, i went on my Clerk's website and typed in this claim number, it said that i have to have 14 numbers.
