The initial call came from 210 858 9846, asking me to contact 1-877-215-4923. Called back and spoke to someone called Denise, and asked why I had been called. On checking my phone number, it turned out they were looking for a previous resident from over 5 years back, she was very pleasant about the wrong call and assured me that my number would be removed from the list.

I didn't think to ask the company name.

I received a call from a company that does not want to reveal their Identity or purpose. It really seems like a scam.

On 12/21/2010 I received a call leaving urgent message without regard to purpose - left number 1-877-215-4923

I missed the call, so decided to call back. I was transferred by a receptionist to someone who asked information that I provided. They could not find my information in their database, based on what I provided. Since I was dealing with the State of Texas on Adult protective agency issues, I was very concerned. I insisted that they check the information that I provided vigorously. They did not find why I received this call and reveal their purpose. One one person I spoke to (Orbin or Mr. Hayes) seemed to indicate that they are a mediation agency (private). I became more concerned because I am requesting Texas State mediation in a elderly care issue, involving my mother.

I insisted that they recorded my return call to ensure that if it was the state of Texas that it would be noted that I did return the call. I closed the call being told not to worry about the call...it was a mistake.

I then called the state of Texas. They could not provide additional information, but did reveal that the State Report ID that I gave to the mysterious caller was incorrect. I then proceeded to call the number 8772154923 back to let them know. Perhaps then I would get to the bottom of the call.

I called back and spoke to Orbin. He was very rude and said "Don't you have a job...something better to do with your time." He would not provide any additional information, and hung up in my face. When I asked what is your agency, who are you and what is your purpose, they were evasive and gave no response.

I spoke to someone by the name or Orbin....he told me on the second call...What in the hell do you want from us. You do not seem very inteligent. He hung up.
