I just got the same message from John Clay saying to be at home or my place of employment between 2-4 for papers to be served. They left the 877-217-0265 number or both mine and my husband's cell.The thing is I have gotten this call before and have been home at the appropriate time with no one showing. Process servers DO NOT call you & say you are going to be served, they just show up.

Got a call from John Calaya saying I needed to be at work or home between 2-4 pm. He said he was from the county processing division and I was named a defendant in a case. Said for me to Weiss and Associates and gave me the number #877-217-0265.

I got the same call from (restricted#) John Callaya left message.. Be home or at work from 2-4 with proper ID so I can get served. blah blah blah..

I've gotten these messages on and off for a while. I should help the police or FBI set these guys up and bust them.

They keep calling mine and my husbands phones. His name is john calliya and he supposedly has court papers for my husband. When they give my husbands name it is computer generated which doesnt make it suspicious at all. Then add the fact that it comes from a blocked number. Not to mention that process servers dont call first. It has scam written all over it and i just hope no one is gullible enough to fall for this scam. Its a shame that with technology today they cant find a way to find these scumbags and put them out of business. Funny thing is when you call the number they give you its the same voice on the other end.

OK so I received another automated call at my place of employment from a Mr. John Callaya stated that I need to be at my home or place of employment between the hours oif 2-4 again with my ID to be served and sign for papers. The call received on the 31st if October stated the same thing. These people are frauds and I really wish they would stop calling with this foolishness. Get a rewrewal job and stop preying on people. It seems like every year I get calls from assholes like this. Enough is enough. The number he called from did not show on ID it just read out of area but he gives a number four Weiss at 877-217-0265. They also use 855-274-1748 and 601-351-9456.

A call came in at my job with a recorded message that said my name and that he was calling on behind of the county processing division and that I needed to be at my place of residence or employment tomorrow between the hours of 2&4 to be served or for me to contact Weiss and associates at 877-217-0265. I keep getting calls from them and I'm really sick of it.

I got the same message about freezing my assets. When the message said my name, it sounded like it was inserted by a computer.

No name was given, but they did represent themselves as Weiss & Weiss law firm, saying there was a formal complaint filed with my bank and that all assets were to be frozen. What baloney. I feel sorry for people who don't know their rights or the law. How do we shut these people down?

I just got a voicemail message calling from a "restricted number". A male voice left a message, stating his name is John Clay calling on behalf of the county process serving divisions on cases. He said he has court documents and I need to call Weiss and Associates at (877) 217-0265. Before they arrest me. I called the local police dept. to report that it is a scam.
