Spam call trying to get information.

Received a voice mail (not home at the time of the call) saying that she, Amber Williams (female - regular voice) needed to speak with me regarding a legal matter to verify another person (Patricia Little), if I knew her or not. Well, I don't know anyone by that name. Figured I would google the number, knowing what I would find. These scams are getting worse by the day. How many people end up falling victim to them and get caught up losing everything they have.

They said I have a legal clam pending in my local country and I must speak to this person right away .now they are calling my mother home phone and her sell phone to.

Yep, just like everyone else had mentioned, definitely SPAM!! It's a guy that sounds like a robot and automates your name and tries to talk about some legal matters and such, I didn't even pick it up. Don't let it get to you though, you're safe, if you decide to answer, don't disclose any information about yourself

The message asks for my mother who does not live with me or share my phone number and says that they are calling regarding a legal claim that requires immediate attention.

Got a message that said there is a pending legal claim in my county and that I must call and speak with a rep immediately. There are no legal claims pending against me in my county of residence. This is a scam that makes harassing calls, then they try to get that person's personal and financial information from them, and refuse to stop calling them, if they don't get the information they want. I don't answer, and I auto block the number. DO NOT talk to them! It's always a new one so keep reporting so we can keep others aware!

Number contacted me today with legal actions and I need to resolve immediately with a fee... I have no claims pending or of so, never received anything in the mail. Personal information was asked, but not disclosed.. This is a spam caller....

The message says there is a pending legal claim in my county and that I must call and speak with this person immediately. This number and others call my family and friends with this identical message,supposedly for me..
There are no legal claims pending against me in my county of residence, which the message doesn't even specify the name of, nor does it pronounce my name correctly. They are continually harassing me and people I know; when someone does answer their call, then they try to get that person's personal and financial information from them, and refuse to stop calling them, if they don't get the information they want from them.
