Received a call from a man named Mr. Bell from North Star Mediation Group. He called from one number but left another number to call him back on. Told me I had a cash payday loan from years ago and would be getting a summons if I didnt pay the amount or set up a monthly payment plan. I looked on the internet and saw this company name was also connected to a Ashley Moore, who is labeled as a scam artist. So I called and got the same recording.

Yes, her name was Ashley Moore. She contacted me back in November. I told her give me until January. Make a long story short. I got a message from an Officer White stating that I have 48 hours to contact this number 1-844-565-4230 or a warrant will be issued. Bullshit, I called them back and asked for a copy of their business licence and proof. It's a scam for DAMN sure.

Same here - anonymous call saying I'd be sued (no specification as to who or why) and that I'd be waiving all rights if I do not respond immediately. Gave me a scare! Glad I googled the number and found this page!

They call me and left a voicemail...I figure its a scam because if u gone put a lawsuit on some one u will do it and not sleep calling

keep calling me saying they are going to serve me papers if I don't call them back. I have called them back every time and the lady just said they have never heard from me. furthermore, they are trying to sue me for a pay day loan that I never took out and it was 6 years ago which is way beyond the statute of limitations in any state. when I told her that, she said well it is for check fraud anyways. they don't even know the law because in my state, the statute of limitations is 3 years for fraud. this place is a scam. just ignore them.

Yeah, claim to be filing a lawsuit without mentioning my name, and telling me I'm waiting legal rights by not immediately returning their call. I did return the call and a recorded message gave me the option to be added to the do not call list.
