These morons keep calling me several times a day. Don't know who they are or what they are calling about. I'm at my wits end with these people. I think maybe i'll have to report them to the FCC if the calls don't stop. Does anyone know who these people are and what company they are calling from.

It's allied interstate. Document your calls and then contact Kimmel And Silverman attorneys. I did that and won 500 bucks because they violated the FDCPA!! They're calling me again, and I'll nail them again. You don't HAVE to take the abuse!

I received 35 calls from these morons last week. I tried several tactics including letting the call roll to VM; answering the phone as "Robert's Rack Shack, may I take your order?", screaming into the phone and answering without saying anything at all. Nothing seemed to work.

Finally, on Saturday night around 9:30pm, they called. I waited until the "operator" came on the line. I told her that she was to listen and not speak. I told her to put my number on their Do Not Call List... and that the only thing I wanted to hear from her was "Yes". Furthermore, I told her that I knew the name of the company and had a call log of every call made to me... and that if I received ONE more call from them I was going to call the local sheriff's office (where they are located) and file harassment charges against the manager, any operator I could get a name for and the president of the company. Additionally, I told her a complaint was being filed with the FTC (which I am currently gathering information for), as well as the Attorney General of the state where the company was incorporated.

Every time she started to speak, I told her to shut up and listen. They had harassed me enough and I had been far to patient. NO more calls or I would find out her name and include her in the harassment charges. Thankfully, not a single call since Saturday night. YMMV, but I encourage anyone who is being harassed by these morons to go on the offensive. 35 calls in a five day period is absurd!
