A collection agent stating "it is imperative (they) I call the bank. They did not call me directly. They instead phoned my neighbor repeatedly. Just how did they get my neighbor's number? They're making their record of 'trying to reach us repeatedly by phone so now they're harrassing us through a neighbor making a clear record, from their view that we're not returning their calls, and that wse're being dunned.
