Scam wanting money

Called and claimed I owed an old Chase account (never had a Chase account), then said, "Well it might have been Washington Mutual back then." I explained I never had either account. He became rude and said they would serve me for not working with them in mediation. I said I would need proof of debt, and he stated that he didn't have to provide it and then threatened me again. I told him that his comments were a violation of what was allowed by law. I will be reporting this to the FCC.

I received a call from Mrs. Harris regarding a debt I actually paid in full YEARS ago. I informed her that I was not paying it and she threatened me with legal actions. Mrs. Harris was informed, that she cannot take legal actions against me per the conversations I have previously had with an attorney. She became upset. OH WELL!!!!!!!!!!! they called saying I owed from a payday loan in 2007. I said I wanted proof in writing and they said they did not have to provide that. then the guy got very mad and rude.. wanting my DOB and address.. said I will get served now from the sheriff. I hung up

Zombie debt collection

Failed to provide validation of debt. Failed to send letter to current address. Stated "I don't have to" when I requested validation of debt.

I keep getting calls from this number saying I'm going to get arrested !! I told the, to go ahead I need acouple of day in the sLa,met for piece from, my family!! Lol never heard back!! Low life's !!!!

Been getting calls from a man named samual saying I owe money to check n go and I can settle out of court for 350 or the sherrif will be coming to my house with court paperwork and he has all my personal information and even my parents phone number, he just called me again and I told him that I wouldn't pay anything unless they sent me proff in the mail of who they are and who I owe and the amount I owe and he said I would have to talk to his supervisor Mrs. Harris and she got on the phone and got very rude and upset with me and said that she would just have the sheriff come to my house and I told her that I thought this was a scam and I'm not paying anything until I get paperwork in the mail and she threatend me again with the sheriff.

The call constantly 2 or 3 even 5 times a day. Is a robo type get up when you answer transferring you to a person. I always hang up. Am sick of the calls

I am getting the same call from Ms Harris. I have just reported them to the FTC. First the message that was regarding a Chase CC and now its check fraud. The problem is she has all my personal information and my deceased husbands information. Cambridge Assets LLc (Ms Harris)

received calls at my work from Samuel rogers.. said I would be served.. nothing he could do.. unless I was willing to mediated a settlement on a fraudulent advance America payday loan.. I told them to serve me.. we will see if it happens...

I got a call from this number back in March from a Mrs. Harris and she stated that a warrant for felony fraud was out for my arrest if I didn't take care of this matter. I was scared and called the police dept. and found out that there was no warrant for my arrest and explained to them what had happened. They said it was a scam and had me to file a fraud report with the fraud dept.
I also called Houston police dept. and they didn't have a warrant either. They said it was a scam and to report it to the BBB office. But there is also another number that they use: 210-245-5796.

Trying to collect on an a cancelled account. Harassing calls every day. Had to change my phone number.

Claimed to have a serious matter associated with my personal information placed with their office. The voice-mail left said I must contact them to be released from this matter.
