Called me Sunday morning at 8:30 am. I told them it was a scam as no one collects on Sunday morning, let alone 8:30 am on Sunday.

They've called me twice on back-to-back days. It was different people both times. One was a female with a thick Philippine accent and the other was a male with what sounded like an Indian accent. I could not understand either person, but they were asking to speak to a relative I do not live with.

I've been receiving calls for about a week now from this number. I've answered a couple times with no response from their end. I answered again today and a woman spoke a foreign language. No idea what she said. Will block this number.

Received a call from (877) 230-8830 and was not able to answer it. I soon called back and the man that answered was definitely from India. However, He stated that he was from Midland Credit Management and asked for my number. After giving him my number, he politely said that "this number was listed for ______ (my ex) and that he will remove it from the list and I will not be bothered again". I do not doubt for one minute that debt collectors are after him and now I know that he is using my number as a reference. We need to remember that just because Midland Credit has outsourced their callers to India does not permit us to be rude. The guy is only doing his job. He's a debt collector for Christ's sake. It's a shitty job, but someone has to do it.

I received a call from a woman today from this number and she sounded like she was intoxicated. She got mad when I asked who was calling. Her speech was slurred.

I just bought a house last month and know for 100% fact I have nothing in collections. They asked for me by name and I have never heard of this company and I have never been late on a payment on any of my 3 credit cards in my life. Now I am curious why they are calling me...

I don't know who these people are. I don't have no debts in collection, these people are shady

We receive calls from this number several times a day. They have now started to leave messages, but the guy is speaking a foreign language. The calls come at all times of the day and night. We owe no one, so this has scam written all over it as far as I am concerned!

Called me yesterday and today while I was at work. I don't answer.

Called Sunday morning at 10:20.. They are calling from the Philippines and claim to be Midland collection agency. I've filled complaints with the Federal and state DNC but that's a waste of time because they do absolutely nothing.

Called and I couldnt understand what the heck the guy was saying.

I have over thirty calls on my work phone from this number. I owe five hundred dollars for a credit card I didn't pay off. This card is the only one left after selling my house. I refuse to pay them because of the harassing calls. This makes me very angry that they have a right to call me at work.

They call two or three times a day. The one message they left said it was a collection agency and to call a number. They did not say who they wanted or why, since I do not owe anyone , I did not return the call.. Now they call at at all hours.
