i got a call from this number and they left a message from a Linda Brown that they were going to summons me for charges into the Madison County court and for me to call them. When I called to see what it was all about they told me that there would be a warrant served on me if I didnt pay them money for LoanPoint that I had already settled with. I couldnt get any info from Loanpoint and I called the agency that helped me and I have the receipts and check numbers as well as the contract. I gave the number to my local police dept and I filed a complaint with the FTC. I am going to the county prosecutors officed on Monday morning and file charges for unfair business practices. I have the voicemail still in my cell phone and am going to give it to the prosecuting attorney.They told me that if i dont pay them $1265.00 from my credit card by noon on dec 21 they will file a summons. They did not say a word about sending a letter as they should have and i am not giving somebody money that I dont know who they are

Asked this company for address and they said it will be on the summons. They were very rude!
