The calls have been for our disabled son. No one would talk about details (it's privileged), but the calls come daily - very rarely at night. I just hang up when I hear the "please continue to hold" message. However, this is getting very annoying, particularly when the item in dispute was settled months ago.

The company states their name as CDI--a collection agency. The people were very rude and hung up on me. They called several times a day and said they "could call me as often as they wanted to".
