Hughes Net has subscribers to sign a 2 year deal but their Internet Services NEVER worked until you got them on the telephone and they increased your Internet and then you had to pay more for the services and it STILL didn't work. They began losing the calls that were previously made and documented that there were even issues with the account. Such a RIP OFF!!!!!!! Someone should file a Class Action lawsuit against them.

Called asking for my mother. I explained that I was her message phone and that she doesn't have a phone. They then asked if they could call back later and I explained that my mother lives 2 states away and I can get her messages through Facebook for her to call back when she is able to get to a phone, they said "oh geeze" in a very rude tone and then hung up on me.

Scam will bully you to pay a non existent bill from years ago. Where's the federal gov to bring criminal charges against these people.

I called the number back and they stated it was a bill for my husband. They want me to pay it, but not willing to tell me what the so called bill is. the man I talked to was extremely rude and told me to just have my husband call him since I didn't know what I was talking about....

They called constantly, and when I answer it is just a woman screaming within the first few seconds of the call and hangs up. Annoying as hell.

A rude woman demanded and screamed at me that I owed a bill to Hughes Net..I have never had Hughes net.. Tried telling, but she then got even louder and use vulgar language. .I hung up and blocked her.. Caller: Joseph Mann & Creed

I blocked the number, very rude. Saying I owed money for the Hughes service that never worked and I canceled.

Didn't know my last name told them I am reporting them

This is the second call I have received from a rude woman at from 877-249-7294. She gave the name Lisa Estep. How can I stop these calls?

They keep calling and will not tell me what they are calling for.

An unidentified person called me from 877-249-7294 and when I asked who was calling, she simply said I owed Hughes Net. I told her I no longer had Hughes Net and she said it was because I owed them $111. I explained to her I canceled Hughes Net and now have Exede. She argued with me, and I hung up. I checked online banking and I used my debit card to pay Hughes from January 2016 to May 2016 when I got Exede.
