Recording that claims mail was sent to "the last known address on record" and was returned undeliverable!?!? Ooooh that frightens me as the stern voice says if I don't call another number and talk to my "case manager", I will be in big trouble as due process will begin against me, whatever the hell that is supposed to mean. No case number, name, business information, or other details REQUIRED BY LAW, are provided. Bogus Horse Hockey!
