Received a call and hey we're looking for someone who is related to my husbands ex-wife. The ex has been married 3 times since him. How did they get our name and number? Gave no information. Blocked number now.

Today, they called my niece, my sister, and myself. No reason given. They have been blocked.

i got a call from 877-707-7307 they said they were proceeding action against me for us bank it also was dfc legal sent to me from my daughter with a case number 322688 i did call them and they said if i didnt work out a solution i would have my wages garnished

They called my mom and relayed information to her to get her to convince me to call them. Total scam; and totally fraudulent!!! NEVER, EVER give out information or try to contact what you might think to be a bill collector when THEY initiated the call to you!!!! Legalities prohibit them from doing this; and if a case is pending, you would have to be notified by registered mail or by a process server.

They called and insisted I call them back. I have not requested legal services NOR have I ever had ANYTHING in my life even be CLOSE to being sent to collections. I pay everything on time which is why I know its crap.
