i received a call from kerry smith (recording). when i called back i got Tenya or Kenya with an accent. i asked her how she got my number and she said SKIP TRACING. the person she was looking for never has or ever will lived at my address. i told her that since she was just trying to find someone and was not given my number as a contact that she must take my number out of her data base. she kept asking me who i was and where the other person they were looking for is. i told her if she called again, i would report her to authorities. she challenged me to do so. so hold on EOCCA, you are about to get reported!!!

Called by Kerry Smith of EOCCA and left a recorded message looking for information on my ex-husband. We haven't been married for nearly 20yrs and I figure (although telling them contact info would be fun to make his life a little difficult,) they could go find the same info I can on Anywho.com. I called them back (just for kicks, after reading MANY posts about them) and got a guy. He asked me for my number and said he'd remove it from their database. He didn't request any other info, not even my ex's name
If this is the end of their calls, I'll be happy but based on some of hte other comments, there are more harassing calls to come.

I was left 2 messages to call EOACA Collection Agency for an attempt to collect a debt. We are NEVER late on payments and have NO outstanding debts. I called 877-263-1126 and talked to a representative (Tenya). She had my husbands name (no middle name) phone and adress, but the birthday didn't match. She then tried to get my birthday but I wouldn't give it to her. They wouldn't give any info to me about the debt. I asked if this was a scam, and she got defensive. She said she personally removed my number. It just seemed REALLY fishy to me.
