I got a call today saying I was going to be served with a summons and that I needed to pay an outstanding collection account, which I had already paid in 2014 for TRIPLE what the original loan was for. Lynn Hollister smugly told me that unless I had a "paid in full" letter, it didn't matter and that the balance was still outstanding. I told her to never call my number again, and that I was reporting her company and the original lender to the BBC and the state attorney general's office. I'm sure I won't be hearing back again...Everest PayDay loans and Borden Park Assoc and TOTAL SCAMS!!!!!!!!!

Lisa hung up on me twice when I asked them to provide with me documentation of their claim - got very defensive and rude.

If they ask your for your social or your account number or card information dont give it to them. They need to be reported to bbb and the police for harassment.
