We are calling on your former M&I or Harris Visa, now BMO... either you missed your payment, paid and it hasnt been received or there was a problem with your payment (returned, invalid, etc)... It is legitimate and it is usually urgent so that it can be resolved prior to any credit damage, etc. This is our "dialer" number which calls customers that havent gone 30dpd yet. You can always call the number on the back of your card as they will get you over to the same department in collections.
