Some stupid people keep calling me from this number (877-291-6501), claiming some erroneous loan I had. Each of the dates they claim make no sense because I was not a member of the bank they mentioned for years; also I was either out of the country, or never even applied for a loan in any of the years they mention.

Almost every call is claimed to be calling from a different state. Always some foreign accent.

I have reported them to the FTC AND Faxed info to the attorney general's office.The CHM MEDIATION service is under investigation.Since this monday 2/13/12 I have received over 70 calls from them.A Matt Greene and a man named Matthew are also being investigated for harasment.They are violating the Fair Debt Collection Act.So please do not answer or send them money.They are scammers.

A Matt greene has been calling my elderly parents non-stop.I asked them not to call at work,the they wll servey are.I HAVE been receiving several calls 8 -10 times a day with messages saying they willserve me papers.I already called the police and in the process of calling an attorney who can stop these people from scamming me.Does anyone know where they are located?

I have worked with them in the past, i felt obligated to post, because i did a search first and came to results like this. They are a mediation firm, they helped me take care of my foreclosure with citibank, when citibank was trying to get a foreclosure judgment on me.
