This is a robo call for an interest reduction scam for credit cards. The caller id shows only "Toll Free Call". Appears to be a spoofed number since when you call the number back, it appears to be out of service with a weird busy signal. If you press 1 to talk to a "representative", someone with an Indian accent answers, which indicates the call is being made from an Indian call center. They are phishing for credit card numbers to later bundle and sell.
