They called me as well saying the same thing. Freaked me out but they called an old number from years ago is this a scam?

Left message they were serving me with legal documents from McGuire and associates. Never heard of them.
I was harassed yesterday by the same number claiming the same group, Mcguire mediation group. The man posed as a County processor threatening to serve me with papers at my home, if not, at my place of work. I called my DA's office and was told not to engage scammers like these AT ALL. Apparently, they will retaliate by selling your number to other scammers and they harass you even more. I'm spreading the word on these pigs. It's the only way, unfortunately, to make it harder for them to scam people that may be more vulnerable and naive about the law and such. They put me through hell. It's very unnerving.
