1/09/2019 Received call from this company as well asking me to call back to 877-297-2962, same as all the above ones with verifying level of involvement etc. notifying friends or family. They called from 970-788-6725

Left a automated voice call, today 1/7/2019 around 12:47pm “Do not call hello again this is SPD consumer processing division today we are notifying you that in our inquiry we will be conducting a wage an asset verification which may include but is not limited to contacting your employer to conduct employment verification obtaining record of property on such as a house or automobile also verification of other assets such as 401(k) IRA or other retirement savings this information will be attached in the completion of our inquiry and submitted back to our client with our recommendations of their options moving forward if you have questions about the nature of this inquiry you may contact our _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ at 1-877-297-2962 once again that number is 1-877-297-2962…”

Automated calls on 12/19/18 12/20/18 and 01/02/19. All three claimed to be from FPB consumer processing division. Made threats to contact my personal financial institutions regarding my savings and retirement funds and to contact my employer regarding my salary, 401 k ...etc. in regards to a matter (they never did specify) that I may or may not have been involved in that needed to be clarified right away or action would be taken (they did not say what action). also threatened to contact my family, friends and coworkers to determine their involvement if any. Again they did not specify what I was supposedly involved in. The first phone call came from 1-877-297-2962, but the envelope information from my voice mail showed it coming form a different number 1-804-242-0386. The second call was the same as the first. The third call came from a different number 1-844-390-3324 but when I tried to look up the envelope information from my voice mail it said outside caller.

This so called company keeps calling me and leaving me this automated message ... "we have been retained to process a formal inquiry in reference to an important personal matter that you may have direct or indirect involvement with due to the nature and importance of this information federal laws do not allow us to disclose the ___ of the matter in this message we urge you to contact us at 1-877-297-2962 by the close of business today so that we can confirm your involvement
