Actually the # called is 866-367-1859.They leave a ,message asking for a person by name & to call them back at 877-297-3156.

This number calls me ALL THE TIME, DAY & NIGHT- Never says anything nor do they hang up. NOTHING.

i think they are trying to detect your location or something to know the state they are calling & get personal information from you.
Ive already rejected this call to even ring on my phone but i still get notifications that they called
