Got two vmails from a Robert Thompson stating that he'll be coming by my job today to serve me paper. Oh Really? He didn't even have an accurate spelling of my name and he's over here stating that he's already been by my house and no one was home. Oh Really?? These guys are pathetic. They purchase old collection accounts and try to collect on those that are weeks away from being dismissed. Lucky for them I can't locate their office. The last agency that came at me with this approach ended in the owner serving prison time for fraud and impersonating a peace officer on the phone. I was happy to testify against him in court.

I have been receiving bothersome calls from this number, claiming that they have legal documents for me. They have been calling my mother-in-law's house, harrassing her and telling her that they have been trying to reach me to serve legal papers. They also said that they have been to my job and will be at my house between 12;00 and 5;00, but they no I won't be at home.. If they know that I won't be home then why come at those hours? The woman identifies herself as Carmen Rivera. I want these harrassing calls to stop.
