Just received a call from this number and the person said they were from Chase and needed to verify information because of a couple possible fraudulent charges made with my card. I did not answer any questions and immediately called Chase who connected me with their debit fraud protection department. They said the did not call me and that I did the right thing. They said it could've been another department but to do the dame thing if I received anymore calls. Possible fishing but also possibly Chase. Either way never give your info over the phone on a received call like this!!

computer voice asked for Mr. A____. said they were calling about fraud and to call back with your debit card.
problem 1. did not identify what bank calling.
problem 2 there are 3 Mr. A----'s here and all bank at different banks and none of them is stupid enough to call any number not shown on their card or bank statement

What this may have been is a call from Chase to verify your account if you have recently charged something to your card over the internet. This was my situation and unfortunately I missed the call and the order was automatically canceled. Can't say 100% the two events were connected, but it seems likely.

HA! Damn scammers! Don't ever give your info through the phone or internet guys! Always contact your local Chase branch. Planning on calling the number back to make a prank call!

Just got a call from "Chase" wanting to verify account information. I did not give the person calling any information and immediately called the real Chase bank. This phone number is phishing. Do not give them any information.
