I received two calls a day (any time) from this number during the thrid and fourth weeks of May, 2009. The call came through on my residential land line. The phone service is through my Internet and Cable T.V. provider,
BrightHouse Network.

I called back the number and got the Who Called Information. I do not have any connection to Capital One. I've never had a loan or credit card through them.

I am registered with FCC Do-Not-Call.

Got a call from this number many times each day. Called back and the number is for a company called "GC Services", supposedly they make calls for companies like Capital One.
