A local number from my area called me saying that i needed to call this 877-314-0049 that it was a legal matter,so i called and they told me that i owed them money i dont know what it is about but they had my information my social number and everything and that they were going to send me to court the company name is worldwide.If you get this kind of calls report them...FILE A REPORT OF YOUR COMPLAINT with

Yeah, got the same script from that number. VERY abusive, kept claiming I owed money that I didn't, refused to give any info.

I rec'd the same kinda of call but for my husband. When I asked what kind of charges she said--"I don't know--it's sealed." But yet she sure said he had charges on him. I'm sure this has to do with a payday loan, but does anyone know for sure.

I just received the same call, and she said exactly the same. She told me that the was calling from a mediation center and the envelope was sealed
I received a call, which I did not answer. They left a voice message telling me that charges have been filed against me and that I have been officially notified and have only 1 opportunity to settle the matter with the mediation firm handling my case. They left a call back number of 877-314-0049. They left no other information about the "charges", the jurisdiction, or the company name.
