Don't know who this is but he is very persistent. Even though I have blocked the number he tries almost every day, sometimes more than once. I recommend you block him too.

DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY INFORMATION TO THIS NUMBER. THEY WILL FREEZE YOUR COMPUTER AND TRY TO GET YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION BY "fixing it" FOR YOU.
