It appears that Air Rescue License #CMC056854 engages in large scale telemarketing and has been spoofing 877-328-8533 as their caller id. They claim they scrub their dialer list against both the Florida and National Do Not Call lists. Their current BBB rating is D+.

They whoever it is, call and the furthest they have gotten is hello this is air, then its cut off. The 877 number comes back if you call it as not in service. Is this even legal? What is the purpose of these calls? If they are soliciting for business, wouldnt they at least ask if you were interested. I dont know for any fact who they really are. I have already reported them to the Att generals office, recomend you all do the same

they call the phone rings twice they then hang up without talking the call is meant to be an annoyence they call sometime and make vulger noises in the phone.they should be locked up

I receive 8-10 calls a day for 4 or more weeks from1-877-328-8533.
I pickup phone and it hangs up.

I asked to be taken off the list numerous times and I continue to receive calls almost daily. Any advice on legal actions???

I spoke with Mr Wick and he assured me that my phone number would be taken off their calling lists. A week later I'm still receiving daily phone calls.

They call every single day, never say anything and just hang up when I answer. I don't understand the purpose of that kinda of cold calling. I called the 813 # in earlyer messages and the man stated he would have my work cell phone number removed. We'll see.

This number calls me daily, usually around three times per day. Never leave a message and hang up if I answer. I've already called and emailed the company requesting to be taken off their calling lists so I called the 813 number above. Spoke with Mr Wick again requested to be taken off calling list. He claimed if I was on National Do Not Call list they would not be calling - not true! Said he would make sure my number is taken off list so we'll see.

If you receive calls from this phone number call 813-270-7297 and ask for Mr. Michael Wick.
