Received voice message to call due to store needed to give me a refund. I called number back and someone answered and said hello and hung up.

Went to voicemail Automated message said call back and get a refund?
I never answer my phone anymore if I do not know the number because of "BS" like this call I save the number as scum or scam and add date of call, I have over well 400 saved like this. Too bad someone somewhere can't stop these un wanted calls.

They are telling me I am due a refund because a company I've never done business with is being forced to close and must refund money to customers.
