Lowering interest rates. I have not had any credit cards in four years and have no debt. I also have no student loans and never had. My car loan was paid in full in 2008. I do not have any credit due.
Same thing Melissa and Lea said, I gave them 30 days, then was unable to get a refund or even speak with anyone in regards as to how to get a refund after 60 days.

I received a call today from "Credit Client Services" as well. They were very convincing and they told me that it was at NO COST to me. It sounded great so I agreed. I was recorded to agree to this service and I backed out because it sounded way too good to be true and they bullied me into staying with them. I am supposed to receive a call tomorrow to call all of my companies to negotiate new rates. When I googled the name "Lea Brownell in Orlando, FL" which was information that she gave me, I read all of this information. I feel so stupid to have been suckered into such a scam! I called all of my accounts and canceled them so that these people cannot use my accounts for fraud. Please be careful out there to not be harmed in any way.
Client Services
stated they are "client services" working w/major credit card companies like MC/VISA/AmerExp/Discover to help lower your interest rates "with NO cost to me as long as in good standing w/my credit card company they could lower rate to 6%. They asked for a type of card/card # and last four digits of SSN. Stated they did not have a number I could call back on. Did not have a website as it was "under construction" They said they are NOT the Client SErvices out of GA or OK that have bad reports on internet. Said they are out of FL. Spoke w/Melissa who said a direct number could only be given out to "enrolled customers"
Offer to lower credit card interest rate for $1298. Called themselves Client Services. Checked the phone number and found this site. Called them back to cancel contract and was told that since they had a recording, there was nothing that we could do about the charge and our credit card company would have to pay them in the long-run. Orlando company. The Too Bad, So Sad nasty person was named Alan
